Woundering if anyone can point me to regkeys mods or GPO settings so I can eliminate this problem. A domain user (XP only) if unattended for a long time, locks the station. Anyone else trying to unlock the station will get this message. Windows 7 has the option to switch users but not XP. I don't allow admin rights and so they have to reboot the machine. Yes, i am trying to force log outs but sometime (quite often) happens.

How can i allow other none admin users to logout and log back in as themselves?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

see if this is of any help:

Administrator unable to unlock a "locked" computer

even though this speaks for W7, the batch file may work for XP aswell:

How to Unlock Windows 7 Enterprise when another user has locked the screen?
