ONLY HALF THE MESSAGE THE FIRST TIME

Call Pilot is 1002RP Release 5.00.41.Have customer complaining that they will get a message and when they go to play it for the first time they only get the last portion of message, then they replay it and the entire message plays. This happens all the time, we have deleted and rebuilt the mailbox which stopped it for awhile but it has returned. We were able to duplicate the problem with the mailbox. Anyone out there seen this before.

Hey Perry, I had this same problem last year. ETAS had to come in and load a patch to correct the problem. Something to do with the PBX "link". I could not find the trouble ticket report for more information. It was at a Post Office site in Denver. Not much help, sorry.
