Only get 1 session in Call Pilot App 1

I setup an auto attendant app. It works fine except I could only get 1 session. The 2nd call forwards to vmail (I see it flash quickly in the screen)and then disconnects. I did a Trace on the 2nd call:

how many ports in the Cp? and is the 2nd port full service? busy the 1st port and see if it's just port 2. i don't see the homl prompt in your group, which is strange. maxp only needs to be 1, but isn't causing you grief. might try a cdn if the port is good, Cp has some rules where some places an acd will work and others where only a cdn work. they are a litte different then a MM. and since i can't dup your trouble i can't trouble shoot it from here. let me know what you find

I made 191 a DN - same deal. I have 20 ports, they select at random and each will play the app. The 2nd call rings once, flashes CFW briefly, then hangs up. I opened the app, saved it, same thing....

go to load 23 and build it as a cdn, if that don't work use a second step, cdn to dfdn then that dfdn, a new acd with ncfw to mail... if it has the same problem, build a new app and see if it has the same trouble, if so your looking for a patch
