I have a report that compiles vendor time charges and dates of those charges. A problem occurs if the vendor works the same number of hours on more than one task on the same date, which means that there are two or more identical details in the report. (The "task" is not part of the report.)

The problem: only the first detail is listed among the detail records and only the first one detail included in the sum.

How do I avoid this problem? (Hide duplicates is set to "No".)

Is the record missing from the query or from the displayed report?

The relevant records are in the querym but the report shows only the first record.

I expect you have place your controls in a group header or footer rather than the detail section.
