ONLY ALLOW EDIT ON USER NAME

Hi
I have an access D/B that shows project data.
This D/B contains a form where the data is edited ie, is the project open ,completed, comments on ongoing project activity, project sponsor,project manager,project description.
my question is ,is there a way I could restrict the editing/updating of this form so that only the project sponsor/manager ( and 6 other people(project team) could edit/update the data in the form.
