Dear all,

I'm not a frequent user of MS Access. Perhaps a simple question, perhaps not. In a MS ACCESS-report I want just a few rows bold:

1000 NETHERLANDS ( this row bold coloured )
1100 Amsterdam
1200 Rotterdam
1300 The Hague
2000 BELGIUM ( this row bold coloured )
2100 Brussels
2200 Antwerp
3000 FRANCE ( this row bold coloured )
3100 Paris
3200 Bordeaux

Can anybode help ?? Thanks in advance.

You dont really provide enough information about the design of the report, so I'll have to make a couple of assumptions:

I'll assume that you have a Country Group field, which has a Header on it, on which you display a CountryCode control, and a Country control.

I'll then assume that the CityCode and the City are displayed on the detail line of the report.

To bold the entries on the Country line, simply point to them in Design view of the report, and use the Formatting toolbar to Bold the hilited control(s). Save the report, and it should then display these fields in bold when the report is run.

Hope this helps,
