Only 3 of 4 available drives are active

I am experiencing a situation that I cannot find a resolution to. I am running Veritas Netbackup DataCenter 4.5 on a Solaris 8 platform with an Exabyte X-80 tape library (4 drives) attached. Just recently, I've noticed that only three of the four available drives will run jobs concurrently. If I have four jobs kicked off, three of them will show active and the fourth shows Queued (in the Activity Monitor). When I look at the Device Monitor, three of the drives are loaded, but the fourth remains idle. It is not specific to any one drive and all drives are in the UP state. It seems like Netbackup is excluding one drive from the pool of available drives (for restores maybe??), but I do not know where such a configuration would be made at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Brantley

I found the answer to my problem...
There is a setting for the Maximum number of concurrent drives under the Storage Units section for the robot. It was set to three, so I changed it to four and now all drives can run at the same time. I guess a little poking around the software is a quicker payoff than searching the manuals and doing 'google searches'...
