Can anyone explain this weird occurrence?

When I send to one particular email address (only this address and it is the only address I use at the recipient's domain) the email ALWAYS bounces with an Action Failed: Unable to Relay message. Then, when I resend, or if I send another email immediately (or soon after) it ALWAYS gets through.

Beats me!
Tony.

It would seem most likely to be the recipients problem. If they have a braodband connection, I wonder if their router has not be set to 'stay connected' or 'always on'. The first email attempt probably wakes up the router but the router down't respond quickly, so the email fails. The second attempt then gets through because to router is already 'awake'.

Try sending two sepearate messages at the same time and see if one gets through and the other fails.
