I've got data that's linked from a .csv file. On my reports I run, the summary numbers is correct, but the detail that composes it, only part of is showing.
For instance, in the CSV file there is 8 instances of DuPage and 3 instances of Online. On the report, in the detail I see Dupage and the number 8, but no Online below it, but at the bottom for summary I see a total of 11 which is correct.
I then went into the csv file and took an online and moved it to the top, and now it shows on the report 3 Online, and nothing below it (should be 8 for Dupage), but again the summary total is 11 (which is correct). Now, under sorting and grouping for the report I have Yes to group footer, in fact for the 3 items im sorting they all are identical, they are
Group Header: Yes
Group Footer: Yes
Group On: Each value
Group Interval: 1
Keep Together: Whole Group
Now, what I can't figure out is I moved the line form the footer to the header, and now it shows Online 3 Dupage 8 and the total is 11. This is correct and fine, I'm just wondering if I wanted it in the footer section, how could I fix it??
