Only 1 copy printed to LJ4200 2

[SLMHC]

LaserJet 4200
LPR port on Win2k server
LPR port on Windows XP SP2 client
Office XP
Acrobat 6

3 PCs are not able to print multiple copies to one 4200, from any program. They can print multiples to other network printers.

Unchecking Collate, background printing has no effect.

ideas?

Try the point and print driver for used in mixed environments 2000/XP:

in a quick test that driver seems to have worked. I am getting it tested in production tonight. Ill update this to let you know.

After sending a few test jobs to the printer, it is again printing 3 copies.

Tonight I am instructing one user to use this printer as her primary again.

I wonder what is wrong with the standard HP driver for this unit?
