onLoad problem

I have several scripts on this page and they are'nt working together. I call 2 functions on the onLoad to rotate 2 banners on the right side of the page and also have a script for a news "ticker" on the left. The scripts are'nt working together because the ticker script also has an onLoad in it. Is there a way around this?
