Have you gone in and tried "Restart Assistant", which I believe is in Webmin, to restart the whole Assistant VM? That won't take down telephony, and will take about 5 minutes for assistant to reload and stabilize. I think all of those subtasks are all running on the Assistant VM. I have had to restart Configuration Manager on occasion as well, and it seems to purr like a kitten for a couple months again ) If you already knew all that, sorry. I see you're an instructor, but you did ask ) I'm not aware of any way on the 4000 other than RTDS - the old 9006 systems would do a lot more for you in that regard!
