How does one go about creating a web form for each record in an excel spreadsheet. Basiclly, I am working with an excel file, with a list of job order numbers, customer names, and some other data. I'd like to be able to do a sort of a "merge" with a FrontPage web form, similiar to a "mail merge" in Word, where I create a survey form for each record. My thoughts are to create an .asp file for each job order, such that when the customer will receive the online survey file for their workorder number it is pre-populated with their name and job number. Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
