Online subscription from Symantec – you're risking your money

My computer crashed and I lost my antivirus subscription. I purchased it on line and played for a year. It is only mid year and Symantec wants me to pay for a new subscription. Don’t purchase online – you risking your money. By a disk or don’t buy Symantec.
 
If any programs are bought online, I personally would burn them to CD myself, so I can reinstall should it be necessary
