Online offsite backup

There are a number of excellent online backup services. How good they will be for you very much depends on the amount of data stored on your 8 servers (and the types of server - i.e. Windows, Linux, MS-Exchange, SQL Server, etc). Also are all of these servers on the same site or are they distributed? What speed of Internet connection do you have?
With 8 servers I would suggest the best strategy to be:
1. An onsite backup server to perform backups quickly.
2. Offsite replication of the onsite backup data to an offsite locate for DR purposes.
I know a number of sites doing this sort of thing and it works very well.
