Online forms (OFT files) will not open up correctly with Outlook 2003

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003, and since then none of my online forms (OFT files) open up correctly. The forms open up with the e-mail address to send to, as well as the subject line, however none of the fields in the forms show up. Has anyone else excperienced this, and / or are there any solutions?
