I was reading thru report writer and it refers to "online field description manual". Can anyone what this is and how i can get hold of it? thanks.

Learn everything but implement only what is needed.

I do not know about the manual, but when you are Report Writer you can access field descriptions by going to FIle>Filed Descriptions, select the field you want and then select field info. I know it's not exactly what you asked for but I hope it helps.
