Online Banking problem

I have a friend the has a dell computer and in doing online banking the browser lately started to direct to another page that was not meant to but of the same bank website.

She used a recovery with the factory setting which means an image recovery from dell, but still the problem was there.

She updated to Service Pack3, and still the problem was there. On other computers she can access normally to her bank account.

If it is a virus or spyware, wouldn't it after Dell recovery program?

I'd go with a full malware scan.
