ONINIT seems to be paging alot and I'm not sure why

Hi all. Running IDS 9.40 on AIX 5.2 and I notice when I run svmon -Pn my ONINIT jobs seem to be paging a lot but I am unsure why. In my onconfig I have SHMTOTAL = 0 and I have 4 gig of mem on this and I would expect Informix to try to run everything in real memory before paging - but its highly probable that I do not know what I am talking about.
