Ongoing acquisition of changed OLTP data in DW

I wanted some help on the folowing scenario.

A DW already exists. Data is ETL-ed from the OLTP to DW. 6 months down the lane the profile of many customers change in the OLTP owner system for customer data.

What are teh various ways to acquire this changed data into the DW.

Note(s):
* Though a DW already exists in this scenario, don't assume any hard and fast architecture - messaging or any other - for data transfers. Please discuss the solutions in different architectures.

Any help would goa long way in increasing my knowledge on DWing.
