Hello Everyone,
Hopefully someone can shed some light on an issue we are having with OneXPortal. We currently run two Remote Desktop Servers on Windows Server 2012 R2. Both Servers have 4 cores and 16GB of ram we run on average 15 users per server, the servers do not have dedicated video cards but use their onboard ones (HP DL360 G7 Servers) the RDS servers themselves are virtual servers hosted on Hyper-V.

Now to the actual problem when our users are on the system some of them require the use of OneXPortal to use park bays etc (Wish we stuck with phone manager) after a random period of time OneX starts to take up large amounts of CPU time sometimes taking up-to 50% of all 4 cores now as you could imagine this grinds the server to a halt making it unusable. Currently we are having to “end task” the browser be it IE or Firefox to get the systems back into a working state. Does anyone have any recommendations then can put forward or possible fixes?

One-X shouldn't be installed on a terminal server but on it's own server.
Also TS is supported from 9.1 so any version lower than that will cause issues.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

OneX is not installed directly on the RDS servers it is running from a Avaya Linux Server we just access it via a Web Browser. The current version we use is 9.0.7.1 Build 7 i will speak to our Phone System Engineer to see if he can get an updated version.

Thank You
