OneXPortal, can´t see users

Hello, we are putting to work OneXPortal 9.0 over Windows.
We have 20 IPOs in a SCN, some 500v1, some 500v2, all 9.0.
If I login as a user in OneXPortal and I can see users of only 8 of the 20 IPOs.
If I log as the Administrator, Health shows all systems in green. Also, if I check in Diagnostics -> User Data Validation I can see the users of the remote IPOs.
Any suggestions on why I cannot see the rest of the users?

20 sites? How many users are you looking at?

In order to see status of users each user you want to see must be licensed for One-X portal use. No license no see.

IPOLackey, maybe thats the problem, there are more than 1000 entries including users, hunt groups and directory numbers.
Will check that tomorrow and bring back the news.
