Greetings!
We had a customer on IP Office r7, VMP r7 and OneX Portal r7 all at the same r level. We upgraded all of the above to r8, but the chat link in the Portal client does not seem to work now. Just a grey'd out '?' mark next to the user. Everything was working before the upgrade; has anyone come across this issue?
