OneX Portal - Agent Control

I have a strange one.

The user wants to be able to take themselves in and out of groups but when they go to oneX portal, (using any web browser or the Windows App,) and into agent control it says that the "agent is not part of any group."

This is happening on two systems both are on 10.1 with a UCM

Any ideas (i do have a call logged Via IPOSS)

This issue will be fixed in 10.1 1Q18 SP build.
There is a Critical Patch already shared on 10.1 GA which you can avail.
