onex outlook plugin sound notifications

Tried searching and found a thread from 2014 about NO notification sounds coming from the Outlook plugin, I have the reverse question. A customer wants to disable sounds (incoming call) and there doesnt appear to be a way to turn them off.

Anyone have a method to disable plugin sounds (outside of muting the speakers or something).
