oneX mobile preferred and voicemail messages

Hi,

I'm trying to set up oneX Mobile preferred. Everything goes well, call setup, IM, directory sync, new VM notification, ...
Only when I try to listen to a VM message it fails.
From the oneX portal loggings:

ERROR OpenApiEventHandler - Cannot send event com.avaya.common.csta.AVMFolderSnapshotEvent@d9cabcf to monitor d039cec5-1140-4aea-9dcd-ca692a6ff0e8 : device is null

1XPresentationLayerRollingFile.log
ERROR OpenApiEventHandler - Cannot send event com.avaya.common.csta.AVMFolderSnapshotEvent@d9cabcf to monitor d039cec5-1140-4aea-9dcd-ca692a6ff0e8 : device is null

All connectors are green.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Which versions do you have? (IPO,VMPro,1XP)
This was an issue on 8.0 and from 8.1 you can use a playback app on the phone itself.

VMPro: 8.1 (9016)
1XP : 8.1 (91)

I recently upgraded this system from R8.0 to R8.1FP1.

The playback option in the app on the phone (Android 4.0.4) gives an error: "Failed to collect messages".

Do you have your phone logged in on an actual phone?
When i am not logged in with my extension on a real phone then my mobiel phone does not show any messages.
When you received them and log out then i think this will causes issues too.
Can you try that?
