OneX mobile partially connected

Dear Guys,

We have oneX portal and we need to setup android mobile using oneX mobile but receiving partially connected and whenever tried to dial out, I receive an error "VoIP features is disabled"

OneX portal server: 192.168.10.4
Avaya IP Office PBX: 192.168.10.5

The android mobile is connected via vpn and can access/log in to oneX portal via web on the mobile but when setting up on oneX mobile, it is partially connected.

Settings on the mobile:
Server: 192.168.10.4
Username: Test
Password: User Extension password

Am i missing something here?

If it's your first time, then I imagine that the OneX isn't setup for TLS.

On the App, Under Settings disable the Secure Connection and under Voip Security disable the trust certificate. Can't remember exactly where it's hidden on Android.

Or use Equinox (Workplace IX) instead.

The secure connection and certificate validation is already disabled.

Is Equinox Workplace work with H323?

The extension is setup as H323 and poweruser license is applied.

I am trying to setup the H323 in Avaya OneX mobile with power user license so that the user can use the same extension in the office and to his mobile.

Is OneX mobile will only work for SIP extension

SIP registrar is enabled yes.

The mobile is connected via VPN so i believe no port forwarding to be done here.

I have tested on the laptop using Avaya communicator connected via vpn and it works fine.
