OneX Mobile- Doesnt work internally

Hi

I have the Voip working externally.

Internally on the wifi it never connects.

I know I need split DNS but from the FQDN on the app it sends all traffic to the Onex.

Is anyone avaiable to advise?

The app sends it all to the FQDN for One-x, that is true.
That is why the internal DNS server must route the correct traffic to the correct IP address.

One X Portal tells the phone to route SIP traffic to FQDN configured in your SIP domain setting configured under LAN\Voice in Manager. So you have to configure a FQDN there that can be resolved by internal and external DNS servers. Internal it has to be resolved to the IPO's IP address and external to your public IP.
