The app sends it all to the FQDN for One-x, that is true.
That is why the internal DNS server must route the correct traffic to the correct IP address.
One X Portal tells the phone to route SIP traffic to FQDN configured in your SIP domain setting configured under LAN\Voice in Manager. So you have to configure a FQDN there that can be resolved by internal and external DNS servers. Internal it has to be resolved to the IPO's IP address and external to your public IP.
