Onex Mobile Certificate error on Android phone

I can connect using the Onex Mobile app on my iPhone however when I try to connect on an Android phone I get an Invalid Certificate error. I tried turning off the Validate Server Certificates within the app but then I get an Invalid User Credentials error. I tried this on two Android phones with the same result. Any help would be appreciated.

Then you have to disable all security and encryption options in your app because they aren't supported in pre 9.1 releases.

The only security setting I see within the app is the Validate Server Certificates. When I uncheck that I get a user credential error that says, Failed to retrieve XMPP account info from onexportal.xxxxxx.com Invalid user credentials. Are there other security settings that I am missing?

I don't know thaw the android app but have a look in the app's voip settings.
