I have a AVAYA CM 5.2
for a few employees using OneX Comm 5.2
some using them as agents....log in button as well
soft phone configured with two bridged lines from their desk phone...
when someone calls......they get the normal choices
choose transfer with a text box..
put in the extension and hit ok...and it transfers automatically
How do i get it to do a consulting transfer instead of a blind transfer
when they hit conference ....conference button does not work.
