We are running Avaya 6.2 with 7 OneX Attendant consoles we want to have our reception calls fed by ACD to give proper CMS stats can this be done currently our number is a listed directory number I want to make that a VDN vector the calls and have them delivered to the attendants but having them have login ID's & Skills They answer the calls on Callmaster5's
