We have an IP406 at what we would call our main site running 4.2(20) software, which is linked to a remote IP403 DS running software version 3.2(56) via a line of site link.
The users on the remote IP Office dial out via the main site IP Office without issue. They can also dial internal users on the main site IP Office, all bar the receptionist. When they ring her, they get no speech back. The receptionist has a 5410 DS Hard Phone.
We have tried all manner of things to get this working, and at first thought the VCM Card in the IP403 was faulty, however any other calls to the main site would be affected if it was the VCM card?
I have tried disabling something which is called 'Allow direct media path', however this appears to have had no effect.
Any help appreciated.
Regards,
Chris
