We are going to use the windows 10 version of one note, that appear to be working fine but want to go back to using the Office 2013 home and business version of one note. This is for sure a sharepoint permission issue, see the error we are getting after a lot of this troubleshooting. What I find very interesting is that the links below are erroring on permissions to specific areas of the one note documents, not the documents themselves which is odd. Look at the end of the strings, daily notes, daily tasks, and a website link Something isn’t right for sure.

Error specifically:
We couldn't open that location. It might not exist or you might not have permission to open it. Please contact the owner of.

Application: OneNote 2013, From Office 2013 Home and Business unable to open or sync notebooks from Onedrive for business/ (ie. sharepoint any longer) after recent update.

Unable to sync or open Onenote 2013 home and business to access onenote notbooks in onedrive for business any longer after very recent update. We have tried pretty much every solution down the list to fix this.

Including:
1) Logging out of all notebooks, and back in
2) Clearing credentials
3) Stopping the onenote clipping tool from running at start up
4) Deleting the local one note cache on the PC
5) Closing all notebooks, and opening from the online version (Open in one note).
6) Quick repair
7) Full repair (Which actually uninstalls your instance)
8) Tried clearing registry keys.
9) Removed and reapplied rights to the notebooks (They are all shared to this user, not his)

This is the last post of things we tried.
