OneBox shows "dropping" on the lines towards the MX-ONE (IP connections)

Dear Sirs

OneBox shows "dropping" in Line status - only a restart of OneBox helps.
Do you have any hints concerning this?
A restart of OneBox helps for some weeks then 2/3 of the lines show "dropping" again.

Any hints?

MX-ONE is running version 5.0 SP4 build 29 and OneBox is verison 5.0 SP3.
