We needed to upgrade OneBox license, but was unable to see the license number of the dongle (80-xxxxx).
From a very good source I was told to use the AT_LockGen.exe program, that exists on the OneBox DVD.
This is done by using the “At_LockGen” application which will detect and display information about installed hardware lock devices. The application is located on the OneBox 4.2 DVD in the “Telephony Server\Tools\AT_LockGen directory”.
To verify that the USB lock can be detected and accessed, and after running the program, and marked the "Get Fingerprint" radio button, you will be able to read both the
serial number of the license and the ID of the license dongle.
This is helpfull, if someone has removed the label on the dongle with this information.
