Onebox Integration With Lotus Notes

Hi,
Am having challenges integrating Onebox to lotus notes for Unified Messaging
1. I have installed the Domino server and lotus notes client on the onebox server
2. I have created the Callxpr1 account and is successfully logging-in to the domino server
3. On the onebox,i have enabled the e-mail globally, under the Administration utility>System>Messaging tab>Email access Active check-box
4. I have also facilitated the telephones line for Unified messaging under Configuration utility>Lines and clicked to mark the call-out check boxes
5. I have confirmed settings under the switch section
6. Also have set the environmental setting on windows to the correct path,where I have installed notes and data folder(D:\programs files(x86)\IBM\lotus; D:\pragrams files(x86)>IBM\lotus\data)
7. Have set the server profile under email-tab of Onebox configuration utility, to server type >notes,
Have also checked Support external store checkbox
Display name is set to a unique name (onebox)
Domain name is set to batgen.com
Path is set to the name of domino server(kebatnre)

8. When I click on the test button,the and I enter a valid email address on the lotus notes server, I get the error below

What d=could be the problem,I can successfully ping the Domino sever (kebatnre),by name

What s/w version of OneBox is used?

From the log file it seems to me that acess to the mail server failed: "MailAccess.Logon Failed with error: 1".
*
With Microsoft Exchange and OneBox 5.0 SP3, you need to install a Microsoft plug-in. Maybe this also goes for Lotus Notes?
*
Is the s/w version of Lotus Notes approved with the s/w level of OneBox?

Just some questions, that can (maybe ) put you on the right track.

The versions running are:

Client: Notes 8.5.3
Server: Domino 9
Onebox5.0 sp3,
From this quiz,Is the s/w version of Lotus Notes approved with the s/w level of OneBox?,i may be on the higher side of software release,have seen an a release note from Aastra,where they only support

IBM Lotus Notes/Domino R7.0, 8.0, 8.5
