TO CREATE NEW INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIBER MAIL BOXES
? Click on Administration icon
? The following Dialog Box will appear. Enter the User ID as shown below and press <OK>

? The following Window will appear. The default mailboxes 0000,0100,0200,0999,1999 and 9999 are shown below . The first 3 mail boxes are the default Call processor mail boxes ( system Greetings )

? Right Click in Administration Window and press <Add> or go to “Mailbox” tab and “Add” 0r simply press “Insert” to get the below screen

? Enter <OK>. The display shows

? Enter Mail Box Number : 2762, and Name : ABCD Keep all other parameters with default values.
? Then go to features tab to get the following display. Select Set MWI and Empty check Boxes as shown below and press <OK> to finish the mail Box creation

TO CREATE A SERIES OF VOICE MAIL BOXES (eg:2201 to 2295)
1. Go to “Mailbox” on the top menu of Administration window (pic 1),
2. Select “Range”
3. In Range, “Create”.
4. Insert the starting extension number and ending extension number
5. Click OK
6. Set the subscriber mailbox parameters mentioned same as on pic 5, click OK to finish.
