Needs some help
I have a Onebox that has incoming calls as 142 or 012 depending if the incoming caller called the toll free number or the local TN. They are both in the same mailbox (012 is a secondary extension)142 and have selected it to use the day processor as the Auto Attendant. Customer now wants to have the Onebox use an after hours Auto Attendant that is different than the daytime Auto Attendant. If i was to delete the 142 mailbox the Onebox doesnt recognize the call as an incoming call. How can i setup the Auto Attendant feature so that it switches between the day and night processor?
