Onebox auto-attendant 2

hi,
Is there anyone who can help me achieve the task below,am on not trained in one box but am mx-one and mx-lite professional,have successfully connected onebox to mxone classic lim,but i don't have an idea on how i can achieve below,who ever helps me,kindly a step by step,since am so lost
1. Between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

a) Press 1 for Brand Marketing - 2430 hunting Numbers: 2055,2240 and 22071
b) Press 2 for Trade Marketing - 2222 hunting Number: 2440
c) Otherwise press - 0 for operator

2. Any other times apart from the above, the call is recorded for retrieval
a) Create codes for retrieving from the system for brand marketing, Trade marketing and general calls separately

Hi

This is going to be a long procedure to explain in one step

First start with creating hunt group in MXone, with the mentioned group leaders.
Second, record the voice greeting in .wav format with the mentioned 0,1 & 2 in it.

Third step, open the voice mail "administration", and create a call processor mailbox.

Game is on now! lol
Open the mail box you can see different columns right and left. the tabs will be named as "key" , "action", & "number".
against 0, on the action column, select " blind transfer" and on the number column, feed the operator group/extn no.
Do the same step for keys 1 & 2 with the required group numbers 2430 & 2222 as you said in your post. also for *, #

Now, the 4th step : feeding the recording to the call processor mail box: press " Alt + Shift + R" together, a separate window will open up ,where you can import the recorded .wav message

Step 5: configuration of the time and other settings: go to the configuration tab of the administration window and click on the "settings".
there you can play with the week days, weekends, holidays, working time, etc. Also, line groups and dialing, etc.

after setting up the call processor mail box,on pressing the combination of ALT+R (am using sp3,that the key combination),no window is poping up,and i guess you suggesting i press the combination of keys while am still in call processor window,and don't know how i can attach the screen shot of the window am referring to,hope you don't mind staying longer with me on this,coz as had said ealier am green in onebox

finally the window pops up,and i import the recorded .wav file,what group number should i dial to get the prompt?,coz am using GH group 2506 to connect mx-one to onebox,and on dialing it connects me to voice mail on onebox,which number should i dial to get to the prompt,have used GH group 2700,(with no members) as call processor number,on dailing 2700"no member present" on LCD,guide me further

Hi
There is option to attach picture with the composing option or press "ctrl +p".

now, on the mailbox config, against the key * (when you press *), the action is " blind transfer" & number is your group number.
also, key # action is "access messages"

The call processor number is not used (most of the time)

Hi Monro,
Finally some actions are happening,but not in the right way,I want when i dial 2700,i get the prompts

a) Press 1 for Brand Marketing - 2430 hunting Numbers: 2055,2240 and 2071
b) Press 2 for Trade Marketing - 2222 hunting Number: 2440
c) Otherwise press - 0 for operator
But at the moment when i dial 2700 i get the prompt "am sorry extension 2700 does not answer,please stay on the line and an operator will be with you shortly",but if i by-pass the above message by pressing # key,am prompted to enter the mailbox number of an extension i want to reach,at that prompt i dial 2700,and it plays me the prompts, How do i make it work right?
