Hi All

Please use OneBox 5.1 SU2 (AVST 8.50 733) if you upgrade FROM OneBox 4.1 (AVST 7.71).
Otherwise you will see many prompt defects in your server event viewer and the user will experience "silent" voice mails and "silent" prompts.
(OneBox 5.1 SU1 (AVST 8.50 686) was the version that gave these problems).
If you upgrade FROM OneBox 4.2 (AVST 7.90 or 7.92) I have not seen these problems.

Only seen with Windows 2008 R2, not in connection with Win2003...
