Hello,

Does anyone know how to turn off the system prompts "To transfer to an operator press 0, or at the tone, begin recording your message to stop recording press any key"

I have recorded an Announcement to play if the user hasn't recorded a greeting, but we are getting both the Announcement and the above system greeting, where by we only want the Announcement we have recorded.

You must create an annoncement e.eg. 0888 and record an empty vaw file. Then in System -> Configuration -> Environment -> then in General Greeting and in Transfer settings this announcement with the "empty" recording should be entered.
Now, you will not get these "annoying" messages!

Is there anyone who can help me achieve the task below,am on not trained in one box but am mx-one and mx-lite professional,have successfully connected onebox to mxone classic lim,but i don't have an idea on how i can achieve below,who ever helps me,kindly a step by step,since am so lost
1. Between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

a) Press 1 for Brand Marketing - 07110622430 hunting Numbers: 0711062055,0711062240 and 07110622071
b) Press 2 for Trade Marketing - 0711062222 hunting Number: 0711062440
c) Otherwise HOLD - 0711062000

2. Any other times apart from the above, the call is recorded for retrieval
a) Create codes for retrieving from the system for brand marketing, Trade marketing and general calls separately
