OneBox 4.2 Lines area grayed out

Hi,


In my lab system OB is working fine, on a customer site the lines area are grayed out i can not check the boxes that have CALLOUT and OPEN, i noticed under features that the customer is missing the H(39) and B(40) licenses, but my lab system has them:

h-RTP: 4
b-SIP: 4

is my problem in the license dongle? what causes the lines section to be grayed out?

These lines refer to the SIP lines and signalling lines.
(Radvision SIP stack).
h-RTP: 4
b-SIP: 4

Should be present if you want to use connection to IPLU (ELU32).

Those license were missing so we are right.
