Onebox 3.0 busy greeting not working 2

I have checked the option to allow busy greeting in the mailbox settings however when busy the normal greeting is played.
Newly installed OB 3.0, CAS extns from MD to OB, BC10 and only tested so far on cordless extns which have personal number and not CDINI.

Any ideas how to get busy greeting working?

Perhaps it's not supported in vmf format EXTN2 .
From BC11 there is a new extended vmf format (EXTN3).

Cordless with PELPI use deflect .
So i guess there is no event to onebox stating
that it's forwarded on busy in the ICS string.

Try with an analog or DTS with a "CDINI on busy" for verifying that it is a PELPI/deflect/VMF problem.

It's as Syar say's the PELPI use deflect and you will get no information to the VM system that the extension is busy. We have sent several compliant's of this to Ericsson that state that it should work that way. There is a non released patch for this so send you wishes to Ericsson.

If we are many enough to request a feature maybe we can get them to change their minds.

I can confirm that the busy greeting works on a DTS with CDINI. I have asked my vendor to see if they can get the patch.

Hi Again

My colleague at another site is getting a BC12 upgrade with OB 3.0 and integrated dect. Is the busy issue only relevant to BC10? We'll find out next week but would be nice to know in advance so we can highlight the problem to the installation engineer.
