HI All,

Struggling with outlook plugin integration and voicemail with One X server, have got all BLF status running after installing via admin but cant get voicemail notification working in the pluggin. Logged onto One X admin and notice VOICEMAIL-Provider component status still on starting as it has wrong IP address. Is there a way of ammending this IP address without having to re install ONE X completely.

Thanks

Login as admin and change the provider.
There is no need to reinstall.

Thanks,

Just found it before you replied but still no indication on outlook plugin

I must say that i don't use the plugin at all.
It slows down outlook very much and i rather use 1XP, much better.

I'm having a similar problem. We have installed 1X as domain administrator. User's all use outlook and the plug in appears fine. You can initiate a call from the plug in and see your contacts and your call logs. but messages don't appears and you have no call control once you dial the number. No info passes through. The only users who's outlook plug ins work properly are the administrators of the firm. We don't want every user to have the nuclear launch codes. How can we get the user'outlook plug in to fully function without making them full domain admins?
