One-X Upgrade issues with mobile 1

Hello,

I am having issues with One-X I have set it all up correctly but when I go to the webpage and login as my extension it does not show anyone on the screen, says checking for messages.... and does not show me off the hook. My mobile app VOIP feature does not work also it says Trying... error when trying to call out. I am running R9.200

Upgraded to 9 myself yesterday, I keep seeing "System is currently unavailable". One-X seems like a very unstable application. Since it is just a "Next, Next" installation/Upgrade procedure.

Have you tried to complete restart the computer ie Tomcat?

One-X is not unstable, it is the engineer who breaks it at all times.

I've installed it on several customer sites, usually the only problems I've found are either user issues or network issues, other then that I've had no problems.

We just got a ver. 9 working with ipod touch, the customer has One-x loaded on the ipod touches and using them as phones.
