Hi Guys, just set these up for a buddy. Amazingly easy to configure and work great except...

There is a lot of hum on the lines. Avaya's website says to change to a poe source or grounded power supply (did that, made no difference) and then to upgrade the firmware on the gateway and run the QE Gateway Audio Tuner.

Well I upgraded the firmware, but for the life of me I cannot find the audio tuner, and nothing I can find on the Avaya site says where it is, just to run it to lower the "comfort noise" that the gateway introduces.

Any help would be appreciated.
