I know its been disconinued, but they are still out there, I have a customer that there g11 gateway wnet down, ordered a new one and out of the box the status light is red and none of the line lights are green the system will not let me upgrade it, it does not show the ip info when plugged into the network, I have followed the instructions for a factory reset but still same issue, has anyone run into this before, I am thinking its defective.

The title of the post "One x quick edition, issues out of the box!" was also Avaya's advertising slogun for the product 
Yes we saw it a few times in the brief time we used it (about 2 weeks), we just put the thing in the bin, stuck an IP Office in, flashed the handsets and was done with it
