I have the ff:
S8510 running 5.1.2 with latest update and TN's firmware are up to speed.
Ip phones are no problem.
The problem is the soft phones, sometimes there is no transmit when talking to external party. Meaning the user can hear but cannot be heard. If the user put the called party on hold then pick up again, then the user can be heard but will lose xmit again after sometime...
any thoughts?
