One-X Presence?

I have installed the latest linux version of the One-x Portal. It seems that every weekend the presence piece stops working, which i believe is the Openfire application that gets messed up. I cannot find anything in the logs to indicate why. Our softphones just say, account partially enabled.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
