No it isn't, there may be no Blackberry in a few months either so I wouldn't imagine it will be developed tbh 
There isn't one.
There was a One-X Mobile essential for Blackberry in the 8.1 trials but i did not see this mentioned in the tech bulletin so you could do a search for that.
Sometimes things are in trials but are not released in the end.
